1.
Is all the information available to the public?
The short answer is yes. That is the main purpose of the office - to have this information available, whether it is for an attorney doing a title search or someone finding out how much their neighbor paid for his/her house.
2.
Can I get copies of all information available in this office?
Yes, we copy each document for our records and store them in books. As of November 13, 1995, we scan the documents into the computer, and obtain copies that way. All information needed to do a complete title search is available from 1821 to present.
